UFCD 6452 – Me and my daily routine:
This training unit immerses learners in vocabulary and expressions pertinent to daily activities, routines, and personal habits. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants will acquire the linguistic tools necessary to describe their daily routines, from waking up in the morning to bed at night. Emphasis will be placed on common verbs, time expressions, and adverbs to articulate habitual actions. By the end of this unit, learners will confidently navigate discussions about their daily lives, fostering improved communication skills in Portuguese.
UFCD 6453 – Eating habits, culture, and leisure:
Learners will journey into food, cultural practices, and leisure activities within Portuguese-speaking contexts in this unit. Participants will expand their conversational abilities by engaging in activities and discussions while exploring culinary traditions, dining etiquette, and popular leisure pursuits. By examining cultural nuances and vocabulary related to food and leisure, learners will enhance their communicative competence, enabling them to participate more actively in social interactions and cultural experiences.
UFCD 6454 – The human body, health, and services:
This unit is designed to equip learners with essential vocabulary and phrases related to the human body, health-related topics, and accessing services in Portuguese-speaking environments. Through comprehensive instruction and practical exercises, participants will learn to articulate symptoms, describe medical conditions, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers. Additionally, learners will gain insight into navigating healthcare systems and accessing services, empowering them to address health-related concerns confidently and clearly in Portuguese.
UFCD 6455 – Me and the job market:
In this unit, learners will develop language skills for navigating the job market in Portuguese-speaking contexts. Through simulated scenarios and role-playing exercises, participants will learn to discuss professions, articulate job-seeking strategies, and engage in workplace interactions. By focusing on essential vocabulary related to employment, job interviews, and professional etiquette, learners will enhance their ability to communicate effectively in job-related contexts, ultimately increasing their employability and career prospects.
UFCD 6456 – My past and my present:
This unit encourages learners to reflect on personal experiences, discuss past events, and confidently express their life journey in Portuguese. Through storytelling, group discussions, and reflective exercises, participants will explore significant moments from their past and consider how these experiences have shaped their present selves. By practising narrative skills and employing relevant vocabulary, learners will develop their ability to convey personal stories and connect with others deeper, fostering stronger interpersonal relationships within Portuguese-speaking communities.

Learners will hone their communication skills for various social situations within Portuguese-speaking communities in this unit. Emphasis will be placed on effective communication strategies, cultural sensitivity, and the nuances of language use in social contexts. Once the learners complete their course successfully, they will receive a valid certificate (applicable for nationality) by our exclusive partners, awarding bodies in Portugal.
Certificates are issued and validated by our partner's awarding body.
How would this be issued?
Learners receive their certificates by original paper printed version (Stamped and signed by the respective authority). It is free of charge to all learners and is one of the many value-added services we provide to support customers.
How long would it take to receive the certificate?
During the validation process, learners' learning and certificates will have to go through many procedures for registration and verification with the respective awarding body or entities for validity. It can take max four weeks. (Depending on the workload of the Portuguese system and calendar).
Typically, our students receive their certificates within 2-3 weeks. Once the certificate is ready to be collected, you will receive an email with a soft copy of the PDF.
How can you collect the certificates?
Learners must collect the certificates in person at our HQ in Lisbon.
