By the end of the course, participants should be able to:

- Grasp the concept and various perspectives of distance learning (e-Learning and b-Learning).
- Identify learning processes and preferences in distance education.
- Recognize the key features and functionalities of e-Learning and b-Learning platforms used in distance education.
- Assess the profile of learners participating in distance learning courses.
- Fulfill the role of an e-Tutor as a facilitator of distance training.
- Select appropriate pedagogical tools and resources for distance learning, fostering clear, concise, and interactive communication.
- Tailor language and instructional materials to suit the needs of distance learners.
- Evaluate learners using suitable techniques and tools specific to distance learning.
